| Hi I have a question. I'm finished a asp.net 2.0 project locally a few months ago, and using the asp.net 2.0 membership I was able to create user. However now when I uploaded to the server, I get the following error when I tried to create a user even though the user name doesn't exists in the database. I cannot create any user. I'm not sure if I modified the machine.config file locally and that's why it is working locally, but I forgot what was the change. And how do I change the machine.config on the server if that is required to make it work since I'm on a share hosting? "Please enter a different user name." |
