How do i make sure Jobs are disabled in the mirrored Server and it automatically Enables as soon as Failover happens in Database Mirroring? |

I would use Tara's procedure to enable the jobs on your mirrored server. If you use a witness server in your database mirroring configuration and set it to automatically "switch over" as opposed to a "manual switch over" you can setup the witness to execute this procedure after the "switch-over" happens.Brett DavisSenior SQL Server DBAFor more helpful tips checkout my blog at: http://www.lockergnome.com/sqlsquirrel/ |
