Hi Gurus,I am trying to find a step-by-step document or simply a "how to" on how to apply SP2 onto my MS SQL Server 2005 2-node Active/Active Fail-over Cluster.Can you help please?Thanks for your time and consideration. |

Apply sp on active node, it'll update the other node as well. You need to apply on each instance separately, check sp2 readme file for details. |

Hey rmiao,The both node 1 and node 2 are active. Does this change the Scope of Work you highlighted? |

Active/Active is two separate installs (two instances). Future guru in the making. |

If you like to save time, failover all instances to same node then apply sp on that node. But you still need to patch non-clustered features (ssis, ns and client tools) on passive node. |
