If your company does not have experience with setting up a cluster, then I would hire a consultant with senior clustering experience to help you set it up. It would be really hard to do without any experience. We've got tons of experience here with them and still we run into problems. We sometimes even have to open a case with Microsoft PSS to help us resolve them.
