i can't tell where the server is located. I was just making a joke about the effed up history of DST in indiana. It's close to my heart because in our system we need to be able to go from UTC to local time correctly in every county of the US, for times starting in the year 2000 onwards. Indiana is a giant PITA in this respect. www.elsasoft.org |

I believe they made some improvements to the Indiana situation.Basically the entire state now observes Daylight Saving Time. The only remaining complication is which time zone, Eastern or Central, individual counties are in.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_in_IndianaCODO ERGO SUM |

yes, I am aware of that, and it was a much needed change. Unfortunately we need to be able to convert dates in the past as well, and you can't change the past, so indiana will forever be a PITA for me www.elsasoft.org |
