My boss calls me from another site and asks me if the software we purchased (Asset Tracking Software) has the ability for move-add-change. Didn't really understand what he meant by that and he said move-add-change is a common term in IT for asset tracking. Does anyone know what he is talking about ? I have not heard "move add change" as a buzzword, yet, but I tend to stay in my ivory hovel as much as I can."Load" used to mean "restore". And "dump" was "backup". And remember, you define devices in 2KB pages, but segments are defined in MB. |
