| So I'm sitting here staring at the homepage for Site News and Announcements when I suddenly notice there is a legend for the folder Icons. I've seen this before, but I hadn't noticed the one labeled Locked Topic.So I thinks to myself, "Self, check the FAQ, because you don't want to ask a question and have Graz say, 'It is in the FAQ.'" I do this, but I don't find nuthin there. It's getting late in the workday, and I really don't want to do anymore work, so I keep poking around the site, event reviewing the Site News and Announcements all the way back to a year ago, and I still don't see nuthin'.So finally I give up and decide, "I'll make a post about it and see what pops up."
