| I've heard of agile development and extreme programming, but man that's a lot of rollouts!! Even once a week seems like a lot to me, depending on the project and scope of changes. | I've got two releases next week, different projects with different people on them. The first project was set to go Tuesday at 10pm (our maintenance window is from 10pm-2am). The second project wanted Wednesday at 10pm. I asked nicely to the second project to move it to Thursday so that I wouldn't have to work two nights in a row plus my regular day job. They agreed!
