simge writes "FRD should have users of three types: staff, responsible for FRD modifications (introducing and change of flights, making reservations for customers); customers who can only read flights information; system administrator responsible for introducing staff members. Flights are described by FlightNo, FromAirport, FromCity, ToAirport, ToCity, AirlineName, DayOfWeek, Date, DepartureTime, ArrivalTime, AircraftID, AircraftModel, AircraftSeatsNumber, Price. Customers’ reservations are described by Name, Surname, Sex, DateOfFlight, FlightInformation, DateOfReservation, StaffMemberWhoMadeReservation, PaidAmount. Staff members are described by Name, Surname. Customers should be able to view: List of cities (To and From), List of airports for particular city, List of flights from FromCity to ToCity on particular date and number of free seats for each flight. Staff members should be able to do all customers’ queries plus the following: insert, delete and update flight information, view staff members’ information, make reservations for customers, find customers by name or surname first letters, by sex, by age, by flight information: reservation date range, destination city, from city. System administrator should be able to make everything what staff members can plus he can: insert, delete and modify staff members’ information; view total amount of money in reservations made by staff members in particular range of dates. Staff members and system administrator should be recognized by passwords kept in FRD. Client side applications should launch stored procedures on the server side for all necessary actions with FRD."
