Is it Dundas, can you sent "normal" mail to Hotmail accounts from the same IP address? If not then Hotmail is blocking that IP!Kristen |

Hi Kristen !,Its not the IP hotmail is blocking. We have tested it on the browser and also from the webserver, which all have different IPsI am wondering if there are some values meant to be in the message header that are missing.Any other advice? PleaseAfrika |

I kind of laughed hard reading your reply Damian. Well true, they could be blocking Nigeria, but not our case.Well we host in colorado USA, also we run a server side process to run our scripts, not a client side.Well am still looking for a way around it, i think something might be missing in our headersAfrika |

Are they going into the junk folder ? Or not going through at all ?If they are going to the junk folder it's probably because they look like spam.Damian"A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds." - Emerson |

Well for now, they deliver to all mail accounts tested except hotmail. I checked the junk mail but for now no delivery.NO THEY ARE FAR From SPAM, they are just an autoresponder for signups to our siteAfrika |

I guess if we cant find a solution around it we would have to use an if statement to find an alternative for hotmail accountsmaybe CDONTS. But woudl have preferred to use dundas |

this is probabaly not a dundas problem. Do you get any return email from hotmail saying that your message was rejected? I wonder if your ISP is on a blacklist with Hotmail.Microsoft has a couple of websites you may want to check out.1. Hotmail Postmaster http://postmaster.msn.com/snds/2. MSN SMart Network Data Services http://postmaster.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/postmaster.aspYou should be able to determine what is going on using those two sites.-ec |

Thanks eyechart, appears you always have a very detailed response :-)quote: Do you get any return email from hotmail saying that your message was rejected? I wonder if your ISP is on a blacklist with Hotmail.
never really checked to see if we got any reply from hotmail. ISP blacklisted ? Dont think so, really dont think so.Ok, based on your advice, we would try and troubleshoot it with different IPs and also check the bulk mail folder and use the different options in the headerswould check out the above sitesrgdsAfrika |
