Does anyone have a JavaScript snippet that'll position a page element relative to the Viewport (and works in IE 5+ and Mozilla?)

Using a mozilla browser, notice the "Contents" in the upper right of the screen is fixed as you vertically scroll.

That's what I want, but it's gotta work in IE too.
