hello can you tell me where actually triggers are stored in database. it is so nice of you. and also tell how i can receivce message returned with trigger in an application writtenn in VB. i am waiting for you people. help me

triggers are stored in folder triggers.
i guess you can use raiserror... what kind of message would you like to return?

Trigger source is in syscomments - is that what you are after?

EXEC sp_HelpText 'MyTriggerName'

will give you the source code (if not encrypted)
