Does anyone know if there is a way to open a new browser window when linking or selecting a new report? When linking reports, you have the chance to select which report, but I have not been able to find where I may alter that hyperlink info to put a target=_blank for example. |

One of the nice things about Reporting Services is that it plugs into your asp.net app's.I am still very new to RS but what I have found works wonders is that If you can't do it in RS - you can do it with asp.net.I tend to develop the report in RS then run it and copy the url to the clipboard, then call these reports from the asp.net project by pasting the url from the clipboard into the code and modifying it where neccessary. That way you can put them into new windows or iframes or whatever you choose to do.Duane. |
