Jeff writes "technically, I suppose this is not an SQL server question.
I have 2 Win2000 Servers in a domain. One with IIS (NT authentication, not anon) and the other with SQL Server. I am trying to create a connection in an ASP page to connect to the SQL Server. I get this to work using SQL Server authentication, but the production server only accepts NT Authentication. I would like to create a connection that always logs into the SQL server using the same predetermined account, but I would settle for passing the Users domain account information along.
I receive the error message; unable to logon user "/" or something similar to that (sorry, I am at home right now and can't produce the actual message)
Any help is appreciated." |
