Hey,I am having some issues getting the tool from Oracle to work on SSIS. The environment is a Windows Server 2008 and I have tried http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/windows/downloads/index-090165.html but didn't have any luck. What I am looking for is when I go into import, I can select the drop down option labeled Oracle Provider for OLE DB.The reason I have to use that is the one Microsoft has built in does not work with the version of Oracle the client has (very old version). Thanks for any assistance! |

Create a simple job using Database connection as Oracle rather than built in IMPORT/EXPORT. Even Import/Export shouldn't have any problem but no guess work unless we see the exact problem |
