Hi ,
Is it possible to take dump of table in SQl Server 2008R2?
Can anyone pls guide as I'm quite new to SQL Server

is it possible to bcp out a table as we normally do in Sybase using Bcp out/in ?
and load it in a different SQL sever d/b ?

absolutely

just make sure the table is the same and bcp it out in native format..just make sure to copy the data over to the new server
