I've VB6 applications where i've used SQL Server 2008 R2 as dabase engine(back end). I've successfully used it directly connection on remote but i want to use it through DSN. How can it be possible?

Aren't DSN's considered ancient technology these days? Are you getting an error when you setup a DSN on the app computer?

Actually i've successfully created DSN on remote system but while opening this DSN through vb6 code, it's getting problem [microsoft][SQL SERVER Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Login failed for user 'GOVINDA\Guest'.
How can verify to get it

The DSN successfully connected to the database server if you got that message. It just means you weren't allowed in as either the login or the password is invalid. You'll need to fix the account.
