 changed DB name automatically

At times, changed the name of the database and tables automatically
ex the database name is AIG_GL changed to ??????2
and table name is Tbl_FN_Index to ??

Please help

sorry your question is not clear. are you telling it got changed or are you asking a way to change?

More than likely, someone changed it.

The should be an entry for this in the default trace, if the trace file hasn't rolled over yet.
