I want backups to have on both drives ex: d drive and e drive.Do i need to have 2 maintainence plans after one job backup processed on one d drive then second job has to backup on different other e drive.Please suggest best way to accomplish the task. |

You can use the MIRROR TO clause of the BACKUP DATABASE command to create multiple backup files at the same time: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms186865.aspxMake sure you copy your local backup files to another server, as they will be useless should the hard drives on the SQL Server fail. |
