Hi All,I am new to sql server 2008. I was trying to opene my tempdb log file (.ldf file) . When I right click and select open with text pad it told this file can not be opened .. But the file mode changed to textfile mode ( As I ve selected the checkbox ( Always open with text pad ) .. Please help me to bring it back to normal format.. because all the ldf files have changed to text file format.Please help me on this. |

This is in fact a windows question and has really nothing to do with sql server.
