hello,
what i wonder is that im gonna take full recovery backup of some databases, but i want theese backup on tomorrow. how can i select the backup time and day in sql server managment studio 2008?? how and where can i select the time and day for backups??

i know how to create job and other things. but i dont know is how to put a backup plan in a job or agent? shall i first make a job with backup? and than schedule it? ohhh im new in job and its really tuff:(

lol. yes, create your backup script (or maintenance plan) then create a SQL Agent job to execute it at whatever schedule/interval you want.

I don't use maintenance plans (I write my own backup jobs), but they are nice and easy when you're new to much of this.

but what if i have to backup up 14 databases, do i have to create a job for each database?

You can run multiple backups in the same step, or create a job step for each db. I would not create a seperate job for each, but you can. You'll end up with a lot of jobs eventually just for backups if you do that.
