| Hello,I need set up mirroring for our production database. We need the backup server for crash of the first one. I want to set up mirroring of our database, but I still have the same problem. I make everything from tutorials, but if I want to connect from principal database to mirror one I have the Error 1418. But if I want to connect via telnet or ping the connection and port is OK. We dont have a domain account. Both computers are on one LAN. I dont know what I'm doing wrong. In this time I have the windows account which have access to connect to MSSQL on both servers. I set up permission to connect to specific database etc. Please could someone help me with set up the mirroring session?Thanks a lot.Best regards,Petr Kamenicky. |
