I am installing an email server for my office for the first time and need assistance on good server installation and tech support professionals. could anyone help me out.

You've posted your question on a site that specializes in Microsoft SQL Server. You don't seem to have a question about SQL Server, so I would suggest that you post your question on a site that specializes in the technology you want to use. I am not clear on what technology you are using, but perhaps Exchange.
