| Hello Community,I have a very general question regarding IPv6. The plan is to install an SQL2008R2 Cluster on an Windows Server 2008R2.I've heard that IPV6 should not be disabled because there might be internal communication is based on IPV6. Is that true?On my last Installation I always disabled IPV6 because the network of most customers are not yet IpV6 ready.What is your opinon about this topic? How do you handle this in your daily SQL Server handling? Are there any microsoft recommondations?Thanks for your time!GreetingsLucky |
