Hi,I took a backup of my databse in the .bak format.that bak files includes .mdf,.ndf,and .ldf. while restoring .bak files, i'm getting error regarding .ndf files. can u tell me how to restore .ndf files.previously i used to restored .mdf and .ldf. but i dont know how to restore .ndf. plz let me know the way.thanks. |

Exactly the same way you do with the mdf and ldf, there's no difference between the syntax (assuming MOVE) for the file types--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP |
