My explanation was complex?Setting SAFETY=FULL is how you set a mirroring setup to synchronous. Setting SAFETY=OFF is how you set it to Asynchronous. That's the sole setting that controls whether the mirroring is async or sync.--Gail ShawSQL Server MVP |
