We had an email from someone that we do some electronic forms for. They asked, not unreasonably, to be able to produce a nice printout of each of the forms if they wanted to. The bizzare bit was the reasoning behind this. It turned out the sole reason behind the request was to be able to save paper.I wasn't the only one that thought the simplest way to save paper was simply to not implement the request.-----------If debugging is the process of removing software bugs, then programming must be the process of putting them in. |

you should implement it, but make the "print" button have a side-effect of uninstalling all the printer drivers on the machine. that would save paper! elsasoft.org |

Ha ha ha ha I like that :)Or perhaps I could reset their printer so that it always printed to a file, that would save whole forests.-----------If debugging is the process of removing software bugs, then programming must be the process of putting them in. |
