What is the best solution of my problem. System table 'sysindexes' was corrupt.

Server: Msg 8929, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Object ID 2: Errors found in text ID 136203337728 owned by data record identified by RID = (1:5803:10) id = 420912571 and indid = 19.
Server: Msg 8961, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Table error: Object ID 2. The text, ntext, or image node at page (1:1062), slot 2, text ID 119023468544 does not match its reference from page (1:2562), slot 4.
CHECKTABLE found 0 allocation errors and 2 consistency errors in table 'sysindexes' (object ID 2).
