I Configured a Log Shipping With a Standby Mode in Our Site.It's Working fine.I took a log backup Manually.After Restore Job was Failed in Secondary Server.So How Resolve the Problem.

You broke it when you took the tlog backup manually. To get it back in sync, you'll have to apply your manual tlog backup to the secondary server. Log shipping should be able to get back in sync after that.

Do not take any tlog backups outside of the log shipping maintenance plan to avoid this problem in the future. As long as you use the maintenance plan, it will keep in sync.
