hi.

i am trying to install sql srever 2008 R2 in a windows server 2008 (and since it failed, tried server 2003 SP2 as well. but no luck). but the following errors appear in the Suport Files installation window.

what may be the problem ?

the provided link says "There is no additional information about this issue" i am helpless

please tell me what to do :(

Try to reinstall Windows Installer.
