I know that its prefarable that SQLMaint is not used on R2 but I have a script for all backup and maintenance jobs which I would like to test on R2, when trying to use SQLMaint I get the "The SQLDMO 'Application' object failed to initialize" error, I have tried a different version of SQLMaint from another working install of R2 and then get the "sql maint failed executing api createprocess" error, is there any workaround or way of getting SQLMaint to work with R2? |
