I have created report in one system i want to deploy the same report in another. how to do.

You can grab the rdl files or you can deploy via Visual Studio. We deploy our rdl files through a custom report installer. I believe I have an old version of that code on my blog.

No. You have to use upload it via the Report Manager. Check the links!

It does require you to setup an account and login to view it. Did you do that?
