Hi All,

I am working on a database for a local grocery store, so I would like know if there are any existing models out there onto which I can build on.

The database should have a capacity to:

  • Store current inventories in separate categories e.g., dairy, meat, fruits etc

  • Keeping a check of out of stock items

  • Keeping a record of all the deliveries

  • .. and all the other stuff related to any supermarket/ grocery store

Any help on it will be much appreciable.

Thanks
Umer

This one is often a good place to start (there appear to be a couple of Grocery Store examples):

Thanks for your reply.

I see the following model might be helpful to me:
