Can I use an access front-end to an sql backend and use stored procedures in sql.Basically my question is if I will be able to link access reports to a stored procedure in sql as the record-set to retrieve the data for the report. |

Yes.Unless you need to store data locally in your Access database, consider creating an Access Data Project instead of a standard Access Database.________________________________________________If it is not practically useful, then it is practically useless.________________________________________________ |

Yes.An access data project has all of the forms and reports of an Access database, but does not store any data locally. All querying and non-VB processing is performed on the database server, (as well as all security validations).________________________________________________If it is not practically useful, then it is practically useless.________________________________________________ |
