| After using Microsoft Access as may database of choice for quite a while, I decided to get and learn SQL Server express. I downloaded the latest version(SQL Server R2 Express) and atemmpted to install. My installations (three of tem) all failed in the section dealing with server names and passwords.What I'm trying to do is find a tutorialthat will walk me through the installation process and explain the significance and effects of each of the major choices that are made in the installation process.Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I might find what I'm looking for?Milt |
