Failed to compile the (MOF) SP3 update

Anyone has got the following when updating to SP3, what could be the reason ?

Error Description : MSP Error: 29513 SQL Server Setup Failed to compile the Managed Object Format (MOF) file C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Binn\sqlwep-xp.mof. Also here is the error mssg from my log file.
