Dear mates,I want to set a database to snapshot-isolation.Before I can do this I need to deactivate the replication.Type of replication is Transactional. What is to do for this?Is it just to stop the Log Reader Agent then do my work and then again start th Log reader Agent? Thanks for your replies.Webfred No, you're never too old to Yak'n'Roll if you're too young to die. |

I don't think you need to stop replication. you need to be sure there aren't a lot of current transactions though |

OK - you think if there are no transactions then there is nothing to do for the replication and I can go on to make my changes to snapshot-isolation.Thank you, I will try it. No, you're never too old to Yak'n'Roll if you're too young to die. |
