| Hello,Does anyone know any good articles, blogs or webpages about structuring a schema to deal with company structures and ownership? By this I mean which company owns which company, and the hierarchy between them. Things like mergers that happen forming one new company and linking back to the original companies are very important, as are acquisitions. I'd like to be able to track join ventures and consortiums and who the particular companies making up each are as well.Any ideas are very welcome! |
