You have an interview and you're asking basic definitions? I seriously hope this is for a junior, entry level position. If it's for anything else then you should already know the basic definitions.

Here's the only advice I'll give on interviews:
Relax.
Don't exaggerate your skills.
Don't make up answers to questions.
Don't be afraid to say 'I don't know', but if you do, have a followup comment that says how you intend to find out.
