Vishak, congratulations! Richly deserved, certainly, for your exceptional skills at SQL and your willingness and availability to help others. But, in my mind, you are an MVP not only because of those characteristics, but for your humility and consideration for others. I have *NEVER* ever seen you make fun of or talk down to someone who asks a question even if the question is silly, or not-well posed. And, I have *NEVER* seen you try to flaunt your knowledge and skills to put others down or to make others feel inferior. And, on the rare occassion your answers were incorrect or incomplete, you acknowledge that like a professional. You are a true gem, thanks for all your efforts to help others.
