Nigel Rivett, our favorite UK SQL guru, sneakily passed the 1500 post mark! In keeping with his laid-back demeanor, I hereby offer this subtle and understated congratulatory message:WAY TO GO, YOU CURSOR-BASHING, PISS-WARM-BEER-CHUGGING BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD S.O.B.! |

Stooooooooopid fingers! I meant 2500. I actually typed 2500, but there must've been a glitch in the Snitz code that randomly changes what I type!Nah, I don't buy that excuse either Drank too much cold beer and got a brain freeze. Yeah, that makes more sense! |

Well done Nigel and thanks for all your help...Have learned much from you since I was born here at SQL Team........Shame the English cricket team doesn't play cricket, like you play TSQL.--I hope that when I die someone will say of me "That guy sure owed me a lot of money" |

Looks like setbasedisthetruepath admits to knowing something about DTS - (other than when it's not needed). And is far too polite.==========================================Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy. |
