Most of my posts are done while I am at work so having a kid hasn't impacted my posting rate. What has impacted my posting rate is how busy it is here, too many production fires!

But that's the thing, my company supports my SQL Server Internet participation as they realize how much it has benefited them by furthering my skillset tremendously.

Madhi,

It's norm in Western country that women change their last name to adopt the husband's last name after marriage.

I think most culture practice that also.

And looks like in the forum DB, username is not a PK but just unique constraint

I think there is no need of changing the username as with tduggen you posted over 10K posts. But changing the real name is other thing

Tan, I know this but my point was on changing the Forum username
Ok. If it is just unique, anyone can create an account with old name

Graz updated the database for me to change from tduggan to tkizer so I didn't lose any posts. A few days after the change about 3 years ago, I registered tduggan here too so that it could not be reused.

It made sense to change from tduggan to tkizer since that's how I would be referred to as on the Internet from now on. Imagine having to explain why my account is tduggan when my name is Tara Kizer. I'd get that question regularly.
