If I have purchased a license (2005) for my production server do I need an additional license for the development server? I know that with Oracle you don't. Not sure about SQL Server.

But I know a developer version costs about 50 EURO only...

Does it support SQL Mail (or whatever they call it in 2005)?

Developer Edition includes all of the functionality of Enterprise Edition, but is licensed only for development, test, and demo use.
