Hi All,

Why should flat files always be on server while using Bulk Insert Task for Executing SQL Task from file..

That's not so. In 2005 it attempts to use the user rights, which requires "delegation" to be working and setup between the servers.

Have a look at:
"BULK INSERT" in BOL - look at the permissions section
