Hello Everyone!

I hope you can help me, I'm having troubles today accessing SSRS, when I try and access the Reporting Server through the 2005 Management Studio it lets me log on but when I click on any items in the file tree on the left I get a grey box up the height of my screen with (repeated several time):

"The report server cannot decrypt the symmetric key used to access sensitive or encrypted data in a report server database. You must either restore a backup key or delete all encrypted content. Check dcumentation ofr further information. (rsReportServerDisabled)(rsRPCError)(Report Services SOAP Proxy Source)

So I tried resotring a key, and it gave exactly the same roor!

All the Windows services relating to SQL Server appear to be running fine, and have all restarted OK.

Can anyone please offer a solution?

Many Thanks
Graham
