 Export report in excel format error

Hi All,
I am trying to export my report1 in excel from report manager getting the following exception error, but i have another report2 just the same with one field different able to export in excel. what could be the problem, any suggestions....???
able to export in PDF but not in excel...
ERROR is as follow:-
