Hi All,
I have set of daily reports which are to be subscribe to set of emailids for specific times.
How do we do by using reporting services.
The persons whom am sending may not be having SSRS installed.
can we also use send dbmail option.
please guide me.

You can set up a data-driven subscription, that these reports can all reference. The reports can be embedded within the email, or perhaps attached as say, a pdf file for example.

Subscriptions can be setup and scheduled by a user if they have access to the site, or by an adminstrator.
The recipient does not need SSRS - that is a server product.
Depending on the format chosen, they may need Excel for example.
Data Driven sucscriptions require Enterprise Edition, and allow the passing of parameters to filter the output, similar to the user choosing the drop downs on the page.
There is also some additional setup needed for this.
To access subscriptions, go into the report, then click on the New Subscription button and go through the wizard.
