Hi all,

I have created a SSIS Package; the package runs fine if i:

1. connect to Integration Services
2. Expand Stored Packages
3. Expand MSDB
4. ServerName
5. Expand Package Folder
6. Right-Click Package Name
7. Select Run Package
8. Click Execute

however if i....

1. Create a SQL Server Agent Job
2. Schedule the SSIS package
3. Right-Click select Start job at Step....
4. It does nothing.

If I right-click on the Job and select view history it says the job succeeded but the output is not as expected

Any ideas

Kind Regards

Pete.

The first thing I'd check is to make sure the owner of the Agent job has the correct permissions to run it.

"...but the output is not as expected"

Does your output requires file creation or modification?
