what is the name of the levels in BI?

i know:

level1 ???
level2 Staging_Area
level3 DWH

A bit meaningles without knowing what type oif levels you are talking about.
datawarehouse and datamarts are often considered different levels (I stay away from the term datawarehouse as a physical item).
Associating with Kimball I would think of levels of granularity, Inmon probably summarisation levels (could be the same thing I guess).

From your examples I would guess
source data
staging area (I wouldn't include this as it is a transient work area and doesn't impact the functionality)
repository
dimensional databases
datamarts
cubes
reports
client applications
