Connection works remotely but not locally

Connection works remotely but not locally

Could someone please help me figure this out... I have a local copy of my project and run it in Visual Studio, the connection works... but when I attempt to run the pages from their directory, on the SQL / Web server, the connection doesn't work... I'm running SBS 2008 / SQL 2008

Here's my connection string...

    <add name="ManagementSystems.My.MySettings.TICConnectionString"
        connectionString="Data Source=sbs-2;Initial Catalog=C:\THOMINDCOAT.MDF;Integrated Security=True"
